FREE delivery to your prepared site within 25 miles of Lovettsville, Virginia.
Our contracted haulers will deliver locally and place your building at the desired location.
We can ship most items with commercial carriers when the distance is beyond our local delivery area. Some items can be shipped in a kit that you and a friend can assemble at your convenience.
Affordable Sheds is NOT responsible for the following:
- Site Preparation (A level site is required to set your building on)
- Site accessibility (Anything that is in the way of the truck and trailer for delivery including power lines, trees, tree branches, fences, posts, mailboxes are your responsibility to move.)
- Blocking materials
- Property damage resulting from the scheduled delivery or inaccessibility (soft ground, trees, wells, septic systems, etc.)
- If site is inaccessible to our truck and we must return with delivery, a return shipping cost will be charged to the customer. The structure unloads from the end of the trailer and we need to back onto the site to unload.
Drivers responsibility:
- Minor blocking and leveling of structure (If site is prepared properly)
- 1/2 hour time is allotted to unloading and leveling your building
- A $45.00 fee per ½ hour will be charged for set up time over ½ hour. The following situations could result in additional charges:
- Additional time to straighten, level, or block to the best of our ability with the drop site provided.
- Setting the structure in an alternate location as a result of poor site access.
- Reloading to move the structure to another location.
